The ice is out early this year and the loons will soon return! That means summer truly is coming!  We have a wide range of programs to pique everyone's interest!  From our incredible Grands Camps, First Timers, Two Week Senior High Camp, the Sailing Camps, our NEW Eco Camps and BWCA Trip Camp, Endless, and our traditional programming, there is a place for YOU this summer!  We invite you to play in God's woods and waters while you experience incredible community, worship, and of course grow in your faith all while having a BLAST!

Spring Work Day
Saturday, May 20 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

WE NEED YOU! Winter is always a challenge to our facilities, trails, and grounds.  Our spring work day will be from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. with a FREE lunch for those who help out.  From raking leaves, cleaning cabins, picking up downed branches, cleaning windows, sorting crafts, pulling out the boats to more skilled projects which include building a screened in porch on the Hermitage and painting the Grouse Circle bathroom, there is a project for all skill levels and groups.

Friends and Neighbors Day
Saturday, June 10

Come join us on Saturday, June 10 as we celebrate our annual Friends and Neighbors day!  We are planning a full day of activities for old and new friends!

• 8 a.m. Annual Lake-2-Lake 30/50 Mile Bike Ride & Scholarship Fundraiser
• 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.       Friends and Family day with morning activities
• 11:30                      Worship and staff commissioning at 11:30
• 12:00                      Lunch for those who RSVP
• 1:00 p.m. - 4 p.m.    Open House for our neighbors and community.  Come explore the high ropes, try out our new bouldering wall, go on a sailboat ride, take a pontoon tour of Clearwater Lake, check out our summer programming, and meet the summer staff.  We will also be available to answer questions about registering and our facilities.

In a recent study by Vibrant Faith, researchers studied the "camp high" which is experienced after campers go home and how the camper's faith life is changed.  The data from over 1,000 campers showed significant growth in numerous measures of faith formation and personal characteristics during the week of camp.  Clearwater Forest campers refer to Clearwater Forest as their "home away from home, their "yearly mountain top experience, " and "a place to be themselves and grow closer to God."

There is, in fact, a camp high, but we can say with confidence that the camp experience has much stronger lasting impacts than temporary ones.

Young people are participating more deeply in their faith months after camp is over. They have gained something much more valuable:  a desire to be in a Christian community, a hunger to learn more, and the assurance that faith makes a difference in their lives.
